Dear customers,
Let me start off by saying what a pleasure it is for me to write and send out this letter to our dear customers.
Allow me to briefly introduce myself. I worked at Daehan Tungsten Miniing for 5 years, and approximately 27 years in the area of factory evaluation at the Korea Appraisal Board under the Ministry of Transportation and Traffic. I retired 2 years ago to begin my own stainless flange business. I have you, my customers, to thank for the remarkable growth that the company has been able to record despite its short business experience. I am more than aware that we have you to thank for this and wish to extend my deepest gratitude for your active and unsparing support.

All of us at Daehan Tungsten Mining work towards realizing our mission of providing our customers with top quality products at affordable prices when and as demanded. And the director, who provides me with pivotal support in managing the company, has years of experience in the pipe material business under his belt. His accumulated know-how is a key driver of our high quality-low price production. Our company continues to enhance its technology base. As a result, we not only manufacture parts of our stainless Flange processing machinery, but recently have also successfully developed an automation device which contributes to product quality enhancement and cost savings.

Moreover, in order to more quickly respond to our customers needs, we have established sales offices in two areas of Seoul, the first in Moonrae-dong, and the second in Shiheung-dong. There, customers have access to our products at even lower prices, so we encourage you to take full advantage of this benefit.
